Senior Sales Manager – Semiconductors

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales of Bosch’s semiconductor and sensor components. The role focuses on managing relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier‑1 customers, driving revenue and ensuring smooth commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee commercial activities for directed‑buy Tier customers, OEM and foundry business, including sales reporting, logistics, sample coordination and contract negotiations.
• Manage end‑to‑end quotation, purchase order confirmation and order management processes.
• Lead price‑adder negotiations and identify new business opportunities for semiconductor and sensor components.
• Collaborate closely with original equipment (OE) sales teams to align strategies and customer requirements.
• Own account receivables for Tier, foundry and OEM customers, monitor payments and initiate escalations to maintain cash flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or commercial management within the semiconductor, sensor or automotive sectors.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills with OEM and Tier‑1 customers.
