Senior Technical Business Development – EU Automotive

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a Senior Technical Business Development professional to champion its EU automotive business from the Sunnyvale headquarters. You will act as the primary liaison between the European automotive market and internal product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams, driving strategic initiatives and customer engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers identified by internal teams or through ecosystem knowledge.
• Conduct discovery sessions to capture customer requirements and map them to Applied Intuition solutions.
• Host workshops and tailored demos to showcase the company’s technology.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop or adapt solutions for existing and new automotive concepts.
• Iterate on technical scope and business models, guiding proposals through customer approvals.
• Plan revenue strategy and outlook for automotive and adjacent domains.
• Serve as the HQ bridge for EU automotive accounts, representing European deals to Sunnyvale teams and managing time‑zone handoffs.
• Qualify deals using MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical business development or sales within the automotive industry.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer workshops and demos.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on revenue planning and market expansion.
• Comfortable acting as a liaison between European and US teams, managing time‑zone coordination.
