About the role
Deloitte's Human Capital practice is seeking a Technical Senior Consultant to lead Docebo implementation workstreams. You will drive discovery, design, build, test, and deployment using agile methods, helping clients transform learning and talent services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Docebo technical implementation workstream from discovery through deployment, applying agile delivery methodology.
- Define user journeys and stories to design and build Docebo integrations using connectors, API, xAPI, and flat‑file methods.
- Configure the application, manage data conversion, and facilitate stakeholder design sessions.
- Gather technical and data requirements, document current‑state processes, and identify value drivers for workforce transformation.
- Develop migration, conversion, and integration plans while managing scope, budget, milestones, and risks.
Required profile
- 4+ years of Docebo implementation and optimization experience, focusing on technical and data conversion.
- Ability to work independently, lead projects or workstreams, and collaborate within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and professional demeanor.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
