Division Manager - Construction

About the role

IKON Landscape seeks an experienced Construction Division Manager to lead the operational success of its Construction Division, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Project Managers and Field Services leadership.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, and operational performance.
• Plan resources for current and upcoming projects with a 3–6 month horizon.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the next generation of leaders.
• Create accountability through performance management and continuous feedback.
• Review operational and financial metrics to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Partner with executive leadership to analyze division performance and drive strategic initiatives.
• Implement scalable systems, processes, and operational improvements.
• Ensure an exceptional client experience from project kickoff through completion.
• Promote a culture centered around teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years of landscape or commercial construction experience.
• Strong project management background overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers, supervisors, or project teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, profitability, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strategic thinker who enjoys improving systems, processes, and operational performance.

What we offer

• Base salary $115,000 to $130,000 based on experience.
