Director, Product Sales – Mastercard Move

About the role

As Director of Product Sales for Mastercard Move, you will lead the acquisition of new partners and expand relationships with existing banks and fintechs across the United States. You will champion innovative money‑movement solutions, combining card and non‑card capabilities to help customers grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key bank prospects, especially traditional, community institutions, and credit unions.
• Collaborate with account management teams to identify cross‑sell opportunities for Mastercard Move.
• Network with internal and external stakeholders and senior decision‑makers.
• Provide market feedback to shape product roadmap and address customer growth inhibitors.
• Research new prospects and use cases to expand the Mastercard Move portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, manage the full sales cycle, and handle RFPs/RFIs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and legal terms as the business lead.
• Monitor competitive landscape and keep internal teams informed of market changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in payments, treasury, disbursements, cross‑border payments, FX, or wire services.
• Track record of selling complex payments or treasury/FX products to financial institutions.
• Background in Treasury Services, Transaction Banking, Wholesale or Commercial Banking.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales processes and close high‑value deals.
