Director of B2B Employer Marketing (Remote)

About the role

Rula is seeking a Director of B2B Employer Marketing to lead its Activation Marketing team, shifting focus from content production to intelligence gathering and scalable activation. The role will drive patient starts from commercial referral channels using data‑driven strategies and MarTech automation.

Key responsibilities

• Increase marketing‑attributable patient starts and build repeatable, scalable playbooks.
• Define data‑driven strategies for commercial referral audiences (Health Plans, Employers, Primary Care Providers).
• Lead attribution criteria definition and process in partnership with commercial, product, and analytics teams.
• Establish testing and experimentation frameworks, including A/B and multi‑variant testing, as well as incrementality tests.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual campaign execution and leverage AI tools for content creation.
• Drive roadmap to templatize activation campaigns and enable innovative testing at scale.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, or Business Operations with a focus on user activation.
• Proven ability to scale teams using AI/ML‑driven automation for attribution and incrementality.
• Strong cross‑functional influence and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing both people managers and individual contributors, with a track record of hiring and developing high‑performing talent.

Required skills

• Hands‑on proficiency with a MarTech stack (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Redshift, Amplitude).
• Experience building and managing data pipelines for marketing attribution.
