About the role

The Digital Media Buyer Trainee will join WITHIN’s fast‑growing digital marketing team in New York City. This full‑time position starts in Q4 2026 and offers hands‑on experience across a wide range of performance‑marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support a diverse portfolio of clients by executing and optimizing paid social, paid search, programmatic, email, affiliate, SEO, influencer, and retail media campaigns.
• Communicate with clients via email and meetings to align on strategy, performance goals, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal creative, analytics, and account teams to deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Assist in budgeting, targeting, ad copy creation, and performance analysis for each channel.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem‑solving.
• Eager to learn and develop expertise in multiple digital marketing disciplines.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
