About the role

The Digital Media Buyer Trainee will join WITHIN’s fast‑growing marketing team to support client campaigns across a wide range of digital channels. This full‑time position starts in Q1 2026 and offers hands‑on training in performance‑driven media buying.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid social, paid search, programmatic, email, affiliate, SEO, influencer, and retail media campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align on strategy, budgets, and performance goals.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to clients.
• Participate in client meetings and maintain clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
