Digital Content Associate – Photo Editor (Seasonal)

About the role

The Chicago Bulls are looking for a self‑starting Digital Content Associate to support the Bulls Content team throughout the 2026‑27 season. In this seasonal position you will assist with photography shooting, editing, archiving and distribution, helping capture and share the story of the Bulls organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead editing of photography captured during media days, retail shoots, games and special events.
• Capture photos and cell‑phone content at Chicago games, brand activations and community events.
• Create, edit and distribute visual content before, during and after games, including partner‑related assets.
• Organise and populate the Bulls digital content library for easy retrieval and use.
• Lead the physical organisation and digitisation of the analogue historical photography archive.
• Provide creative recommendations during brainstorming sessions and assist with categorising published content for reporting.
• Support Windy City Bulls content creation and improve digital asset management as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Game Entertainment, Basketball Operations and Corporate Partnerships, including occasional weekend work.

Required profile

• Experience shooting and editing sports or event photography.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of social‑media trends and a news‑oriented approach to content.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Highly organised with solid time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Photoshelter (or similar digital asset management platform).
• Adobe suite (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom) or equivalent editing software.
