Digital Accounts Manager (Client Success)

About the role

iHeartMedia, the largest audio company in America, is hiring a Digital Accounts Manager (Client Success) in Atlanta, Georgia. The role works closely with Sales to launch brand and advertising campaigns and to support client success across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to launch brand and advertising campaigns, promotions and online, web or interactive initiatives that increase listening audience and ratings
• Adjust programs and campaigns to address changing markets and competitive conditions
• Support the evaluation and selection of third-party advertising, marketing, collateral and service providers
• Take part in research on program and campaign effectiveness, track findings and report results to management
• Work with internal departments so marketing campaigns are coordinated with operational and sales initiatives
• Connect with media outlets and journalists to place iHeartMedia news
• Help plan events, working with vendors, event coordinators and design teams on on-site collateral
• Create regular content such as press releases and corporate announcements
• Manage strategy and setup of paid campaigns, research and test vendor partnerships, and craft landing pages for paid programs

Required profile

• Experience in public relations, corporate communications, content marketing or relationship management
• 1-3 years in a similar role, e.g. pitching, external content creation and placement, event management and sponsorships
• Four-year college degree, preferably in Communications, Advertising or Marketing
• Demonstrated understanding of operational business practices through degree and work experience

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office, Photoshop and social media platforms
• Paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting and social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
• Content distribution networks such as Outbrain and Taboola
• Marketing budget management and forecasting/reporting
• Writing, editing and content promotion
