Desktop Support Associate – Orlando, FL

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Desktop Support Associate to join its Orlando team. You will work closely with engineers and subject‑matter experts to ensure the organization’s desktop environment runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 client PCs, printers, scanners, mobile devices and telephone systems.
• Provide end‑to‑end lifecycle management for desktops and laptops, including hardware break‑fix and patch management.
• Administer Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and related services, and support print and file‑share infrastructure.
• Respond to service requests, log incidents, and resolve software or network issues within agreed service levels.
• Collaborate with the technology team to deploy Windows applications using SCCM, Intune or similar tools.
• Escalate and coordinate with third‑party vendors when necessary.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 0–1 years of IT experience, preferably in desktop support.
• Willingness to commute or relocate to Orlando, FL.
• Strong interpersonal and time‑management skills.
