Pega Architect – Senior Technology Architect (US)

About the role

The Infosys Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) unit is seeking a Pega Architect to join its senior technology team in the United States. The role focuses on designing, building and supporting scalable integration solutions for banking clients, leveraging Pega and a range of enterprise integration platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create comprehensive business requirement documents based on workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Design and review solution architecture ensuring scalability, reliability and maintainability.
• Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, tools and platforms to meet functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Develop integration strategies across diverse systems such as TIBCO, Vitria, webMethods, IBM WBI and SAP NetWeaver.
• Resolve complex technical issues during build, deployment and support phases while promoting reusable assets.
• Provide expert guidance to development teams and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify risks, monitor system performance and suggest optimization initiatives.
• Maintain a knowledge base and contribute to proposals and RFP responses.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior technology architect or consultant in enterprise application integration.
• Strong background in banking or financial services domain.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and documentation.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
