About the role

Active Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing multi‑location group in the DFW area. This position offers both full‑time and part‑time options, with a focus on clinical excellence and collaborative diagnosis.

Key responsibilities

Co‑diagnose patients alongside doctors and participate in treatment planning.
Own your chair, providing comprehensive hygiene care and patient education.
Utilize modern digital dentistry workflows and diagnostic tools.

Required profile

Active Texas RDH license.
Desire to practice at a higher clinical level rather than simply fill a schedule.
Willingness to work in DFW locations such as Irving, Flower Mound, Plano, Frisco or Prosper.

Required skills

Proficiency with contemporary dental technology and digital workflow systems.
Ability to use diagnostic tools for patient assessment.

What we offer

Base pay $50–$52 per hour.
Uncapped production bonus up to $65 per hour.
