Data Migration Specialist CRM

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is seeking an experienced CRM Data Migration Specialist to help migrate 15 years of legacy Siebel CRM data, including file attachments, into a new ServiceNow Customer Service Management platform. The role can be performed hybrid or remotely as required.

Key responsibilities

• Export 15 years of Siebel legacy CRM data with full completeness and accuracy, including file attachments.
• Analyze Siebel database schema and plan efficient extraction processes.
• Develop and implement RESTful API solutions for ingesting extracted data into ServiceNow CSM.
• Ensure data mapping, transformation, and cleansing meet quality standards before ingestion.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow platform teams to define and validate data ingestion specifications.
• Conduct test migrations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Document migration processes, data structures, and API configurations for knowledge transfer.
• Provide technical support during cutover and post‑migration phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience with Siebel CRM data extraction and migration projects.
• Strong expertise in RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience with ServiceNow CSM data structures and ingestion processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and large‑dataset query optimization.
• Understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, and transformation.
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
