Data Analyst - Marketing

About the role

NinjaHoldings is looking for a self‑directed Data Analyst to join its Marketing Analytics team. You will own end‑to‑end analytics work, building Snowflake/dbt models and Periscope dashboards that power funnel reporting, and turning data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor key funnel metrics through reports and dashboards, diagnose deviations and drive root‑cause analysis with minimal guidance.
• Analyze defined business problems using SQL and Python, quantify drop‑off drivers and deliver recommendations that consider business trade‑offs.
• Build, update and maintain dbt data models in Snowflake and Periscope dashboards to improve marketing reporting.
• Communicate concise, action‑oriented recommendations to senior management, tailoring narratives and visualisations.
• Partner with Marketing, Risk and Engineering to coordinate strategy changes, monitor releases and conduct post‑release impact analysis.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis while critically verifying output and ensuring correctness.
• Support team growth through knowledge sharing, code reviews and mentoring junior analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong quantitative, problem‑solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt and Periscope.
• Ability to work effectively with AI/LLM tools and validate their output.
