Data Analyst II

About the role

Join the Data Insight team at RELX Risk Solutions to research and answer roughly 2,000 data and linking questions each month, supporting Consumer Center, Compliance, Product, Sales, Customer Support, and Technology. You will help ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction by delivering accurate, timely insights.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology teams to improve data quality and resolve data integrity issues.
• Research and resolve complex data linking questions, disputes, and regulatory changes.
• Execute data research, changes, and initiatives related to new or changing compliance laws.
• Build visualizations that enable impactful business insights.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools to accelerate analysis and reporting.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in data or business analysis with demonstrated analytical competency.
• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science preferred but not required) or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially translating technical topics for non‑technical audiences.
• Strong multitasking ability and consistent execution of recurring operational processes.

Required skills

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages.
• Experience using AI‑powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot.
