Customer Success Manager / Enterprise Customer Success Manager

About the role

Radar is hiring a Customer Success Manager / Enterprise Customer Success Manager to manage a growing portfolio of Fortune 500 and high‑growth startup customers. You will own the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle, from implementation through renewals and expansion, working from the Flatiron office in Manhattan.

Key responsibilities

• Own onboarding and implementation for new customers, helping them achieve value quickly.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion by building strong relationships and delivering maximum product value.
• Identify new growth opportunities, manage execution, and help customers turn ideas into results.
• Proactively spot risk across your book of business, propose solutions, and keep customers moving forward.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to CS, Product, and Engineering.

Required profile

• 1+ years of SaaS customer success experience, preferably in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong ability to identify customer objectives and coordinate resources to achieve outcomes.
• Clear, confident communicator who can build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Able to simplify complex technical concepts for customers.
• Highly organized and reliable across multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines.
• Goal‑oriented, proactive, and results‑driven with a bias toward action.
• Curious, collaborative, resilient, and comfortable in a fast‑moving CS team.
