Customer Resolution Specialist

About the role

The Customer Resolution Specialist joins Satair’s Customer Resolution Services team in Peachtree City, Georgia. You will handle end‑to‑end processing of spare‑part orders for Airbus and competitor aircraft, supporting customers across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the open order book, ensuring quick, qualified responses to all customer inquiries.
• Identify and resolve blockers for quotes and orders, meeting KPI targets for response time and delivery performance.
• Train customers on Satair’s e‑commerce platforms (SATAIR Market, Airbus Spares Portal) and provide backup support for teammates.
• Participate in internal and external meetings, contribute to continuous improvement, and keep sales managers informed of order status.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree with at least 2 years of customer‑service experience in a similar organization.
• Self‑starter able to manage a portfolio of customers without constant supervision.
• Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Office 365 and Google Suite proficiency.
• PC literacy including word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
• Experience with SAP, Skywise, C4C, Back Office or Freshdesk (advantageous).
