Customer Fulfillment Analyst

About the role

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is hiring a Customer Fulfillment Analyst for its Anderson, SC office. The analyst supports the Supply Chain team by handling order management, event execution, communication between THD IPRs and Supply Chain, compliance management and reporting. The role covers all Home Depot orders and the collaboration needed to meet service level targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead order processing and customer collaboration to align order fulfillment with customer operations expectations.
• Manage Home Depot order creation through shipment, monitor shipments and sales to Home Depot, and coordinate with TTI Asia OPD, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales and THD IPR teams.
• Maintain key reports such as Out of Stocks, Cycle Time and service level performance.
• Work with sales managers, supply planning and demand planners to capture the best collaborative forecast, and with customers to align retail sales expectations and improve outbound shipment efficiency.
• Ensure orders ship on time and communicate promotional event expectations with Distribution, keeping sales and inventory aligned with Distribution capacity planning.
• Drive end-to-end process control and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of industry-related experience in retail sales, marketing, transportation, distribution, purchasing or manufacturing.
• Analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail skills, with strong interpersonal skills for a fast-paced team.
• Ability to manage metrics that drive performance and to work in a process-driven environment with changing priorities and firm deadlines.

Required skills

• Project management and team leadership skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel.
• SAP and/or Logility experience is a plus.
