Senior Global Sourcing Agent

About the role

TTI's Global Electronics Sourcing (GES) team is looking for a Senior Global Sourcing Agent to drive strategic sourcing and procurement for the TTi Consumer Power Tools business unit. Reporting to the Director of Global Electronics Sourcing, you will coordinate global demand and manage sourcing of critical semiconductor components such as MCUs, ICs, MOSFETs, gate drivers and sensors. The role suits someone who enjoys solving supply chain problems, negotiating with global suppliers and working with engineering and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing vendor management support, including forecasting, engineering collaboration, quality problem resolution and price negotiations
• Monitor supplier capacity, global demand and vendor quality, and support resolution of escalated supply shortages
• Identify and implement supply base improvements to meet short- and long-term production needs
• Build long-term commercial relationships with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholder relationships
• Analyze data and generate reports to drive spend visibility and supply base optimization
• Take part in supplier selection methodologies and develop expertise in manufacturing processes, materials and industry trends
• Research market dynamics, cost drivers and supplier business models to strengthen negotiations, and conduct cost breakdown analyses
• Support PPV reviews, standard settings and commodity and financial reviews
• Support new product development, coordinate supplier selection and qualification, work with Value Engineering teams, and prepare and execute RFQs

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• Ability to travel 5-10% of the time
• Location: TTI Consumer Power Tools headquarters in Anderson, SC
