Cultivation Agent – Medical Cannabis Production

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cultivation Agent to join our Uxbridge facility and support the production of high‑quality medical cannabis. The role involves day‑to‑day plant care, ensuring healthy growth and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine plant care tasks such as watering, pruning, topping, and trimming.
• Harvest and process cannabis plants according to Cresco Labs protocols.
• Move plants and growing media (soil or coco) efficiently between cultivation areas.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the production floor.
• Monitor plant health and growth metrics, reporting any issues to the Cultivation Team Lead.
• Follow all quality‑control and regulatory procedures to ensure product consistency.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Commitment to a Monday‑Friday schedule (7 AM – 3:30 PM).
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
