Creative Workflow Architect (Fluent in Japanese)

About the role

Runway is seeking a Creative Workflow Architect to support its fast‑growing Japanese market. The role works closely with Sales and Account Management to demonstrate the value of Runway’s AI‑powered creative tools to enterprise prospects and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and push custom workflows and pipelines that extend Runway’s models for creative use cases.
• Create content, lead demos, and showcase how enterprises can strategically leverage Runway.
• Partner with Sales and Creative teams to provide guidance, training, and best‑practice use cases for Japanese customers.
• Act as the product expert in pre‑ and post‑sale conversations, translating customer feedback into product insights.

Required profile

• Full professional bilingual fluency in Japanese and English.
• Experience creating end‑to‑end content and a passion for experimenting with creative workflows.
• Comfort working with creative tools such as Adobe and DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and thrive in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Runway’s AI creative platform.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Experience using DaVinci Resolve.
