Corporate Wellness Coordinator – Health Fairs (PRN)

About the role

This role delivers health promotion activities, including screenings, at Corporate Wellness events to showcase Ochsner Health System to corporate clients and the community. The coordinator assists licensed and ancillary team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to run at least five health fairs each month.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct health promotion activities and screenings at all Corporate Wellness events.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment used at health fairs and screening events.
• Maintain all required documentation for Corporate Wellness and Ochsner Health System.
• Participate in professional development and keep clinical knowledge, technical skills, training, and credentials up to date.
• Represent Corporate Wellness and Ochsner Health System positively at all health fairs and screening events.
• Adapt behavior to specific patient populations, respecting privacy and communication preferences.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required profile

• Computer skills and dexterity for data entry and patient information retrieval.
• Proficiency with Windows‑style applications and keyboard use.
• Effective verbal and written communication, presenting information clearly to diverse individuals.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
