Corporate Communication Manager

About the role

The Corporate Communication Manager will lead the creation and delivery of high‑impact written content across internal and external channels. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Corporate Communications, this hybrid role in New York partners with HR, IT, Legal, ESG and other functions to shape the company’s voice.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, write and edit content for the global intranet, company‑wide emails, leadership messaging, social media, website copy and corporate announcements.
• Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Legal/Compliance, ESG and other internal teams to produce clear communications on policies, initiatives and organizational updates.
• Host regular meetings with functional areas to gather content, align publishing schedules and coordinate approvals.
• Develop executive communications, including social‑media copy for senior leaders and thought‑leadership pieces for internal and external audiences.
• Draft engaging video scripts that translate complex topics into audience‑appropriate narratives.
• Write and edit internal announcements for organizational changes, program launches and system roll‑outs.
• Manage multiple communication projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality standards and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Maintain a consistent corporate voice and ensure alignment with brand and messaging guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate communications environments.
• Ability to transform complex business topics into clear, engaging written content.
• Strong project‑management skills with a track record of handling multiple initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on maintaining brand consistency.
