Content Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Locala, the world's leading adaptive advertising platform, is hiring a highly proactive, detail-oriented Content Marketing Coordinator to take full ownership of its content engine. The role suits a confident self-starter who asks the right questions, chases deadlines and collaborates with key leaders. It is based in New York with a hybrid arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the core copywriter and editor for the marketing team, on written and video content, finalizing edits so content is polished and ready to publish.
• Own, manage and execute the content calendar, mapping out timelines and setting strict deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, conducting interviews and extracting insights to create high-value thought leadership.
• Take full ownership of LinkedIn content, creating and publishing it independently without layered approvals.
• Coordinate sponsored content and paid PR placements, collecting assets and making sure they are finalized and published on time.

Required profile

• Meticulous attention to detail, organized and conscientious.
• Proactive and confident, able to follow up with executives to collect content and enforce deadlines.
• Naturally curious, digging deep in interviews to craft compelling thought-leadership narratives.
• Skilled communicator with a proven background in copywriting and editing, able to turn complex adtech concepts into engaging content.
• Able to work independently and earn the trust of leadership to manage public-facing channels such as LinkedIn.
