Consumer App Subscription Growth Manager

About the role

The Dyrt is looking for a Consumer App Subscription Growth Manager to turn data‑driven insights into revenue‑generating improvements for its PRO subscription. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize acquisition, onboarding, conversion, retention and cancellation flows.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze subscription funnel data to identify high‑impact growth levers and isolate true causal signals.
• Translate insights into clear product and marketing specifications, including screen designs, copy, logic and audience targeting.
• Write tickets and partner with owners across web, app, email, billing and paid channels to ship improvements.
• Define success metrics, evaluate releases and decide whether to ship, kill or iterate.
• Maintain a prioritized growth backlog and make compelling cases for upcoming work.
• Refine AI tools, automation and documentation workflows to amplify team learning.

Required profile

• Proven track record of taking initiatives from insight through spec, build, launch and result.
• Strong data judgment: ability to break down top‑line metrics, read experiment results and spot tracking bugs (SQL a plus).
• Sharp product and UX intuition for onboarding flows, paywalls, messaging and retention mechanics.
• Excellent concise communication: proposals that busy stakeholders can understand at a glance.
• Comfort with AI and automation tools for analysis, prototyping and documentation.
• Background in paid subscriptions, mobile apps, growth or lifecycle marketing is highly desirable.
