Construction & Industrial End-User Sales Professional – New England

About the role

Join 3M's Electrical Markets Division as an End‑User Sales Professional covering the New England region. You will work remotely while driving profitable growth for the Construction & Industrial (C&I) business, collaborating with global teams and local distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets.
• Prioritize customers, markets and distributors to maximize coverage and revenue.
• Implement promotions and directives set by division management.
• Collaborate with other C&I territories and 3M divisions to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a company vehicle and comply with motor‑vehicle history reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of direct sales or electrical construction/industrial experience, or an Associate’s degree with five years of relevant sales experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Experience in the electric C&I market is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building and presentation abilities.
