Community Outreach Coordinator

About the role

The Community Outreach Coordinator advances church360’s mission by building lasting relationships across the local community, partnering with organizations, schools, and businesses to coordinate service initiatives and outreach events.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, civic leaders, and schools.
• Recruit, equip, train, and shepherd volunteer teams for outreach activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, service initiatives, and seasonal outreach projects.
• Serve as primary contact for locally funded mission partners, supporting prayer needs and volunteer engagement.
• Act as liaison for local schools, identifying needs and coordinating support.
• Collaborate with staff to identify strategic outreach opportunities and develop programs aligned with the church vision.
• Work with the communications team to promote outreach efforts within the congregation and the broader community.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to learn and use RockRMS church database.
