Community Manager – The Vibe (Miami)

About the role

The Community Manager for The Vibe will oversee daily operations of this mid‑rise, stabilized property in Miami. Reporting to senior management, the role combines property management, financial oversight, and resident relations to ensure the community runs smoothly and meets performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of a 194‑unit property, including team supervision and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor budgets by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process deposits, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, discounts, renewals, conduct inspections, issue notices, process evictions, and collect late fees.
• Analyze market and economic trends to shape short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies.

Required profile

• Experience managing property operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related multi‑family housing regulations.
• Ability to interpret financial data and develop budgets.
• Proficiency in vendor management and invoice processing.
