Clinical Psychiatrist – Interventional Psychiatry (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible psychiatrist with expertise or strong interest in interventional psychiatry to join our growing clinical team in Phoenix. The physician will lead evidence‑based treatments for patients with complex, treatment‑resistant mood and psychiatric disorders, focusing on modalities such as TMS and Spravato.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with treatment‑resistant depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD and other complex psychiatric conditions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans incorporating interventional modalities such as TMS, esketamine (Spravato) and IV ketamine.
• Provide psychiatric medication management and supervise advanced practice providers.
• Partner with clinical operations to build and scale interventional services, contribute to protocol development, ensure regulatory compliance and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Support research initiatives, including serving as site PI for industry‑sponsored trials and the ATLAS program.

Required profile

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certified or board eligible in psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or in process) and DEA registration.

Required skills

• Experience with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).
• Experience with esketamine (Spravato) and/or IV ketamine administration.

• Total compensation potential of $450,000–$500,000, including a base salary of $200,000 plus RVU‑based productivity incentives.
