Clinical Operations & Quality Manager (RN Required)

About the role

The Manager of Clinical Operations & Quality plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing Sevaro’s telehealth programs nationwide. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations & Quality, this individual will lead implementation initiatives, drive quality improvement efforts, and support the ongoing operational success of both new and existing hospital partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead telehealth program implementation projects from kickoff through go‑live, coordinating internal teams and hospital stakeholders.
• Monitor clinical quality metrics, conduct root‑cause analyses of thrombolytic cases, and report stroke quality data by site and provider.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for clinicians and hospital partners, managing day‑to‑day relationships and on‑site quality visits.
• Develop and maintain clinical workflows, protocols, and best‑practice guidelines to support accreditation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate educational lectures, mock drills, and training initiatives for hospital staff and Sevaro clinicians.
• Fulfill on‑call responsibilities to ensure continuity of operational support.

Required profile

• Active RN license and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 + years experience in clinical operations or healthcare quality management, preferably in stroke or neurology programs.
• At least 2 years demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a proven track record of translating data into improvement strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment with high self‑direction.
