Clinical Marketing and Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Join Nestlé Health Science to lead marketing and recruitment for novel donor‑derived products. You will pre‑screen participants, manage donor experience, and coordinate with commercial and clinical trial teams while operating in a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Complete phone screens of candidate leads and meet due‑date goals.
• Communicate program requirements clearly to prospective donors and clinical study participants.
• Manage donor retention programs, payments, and community‑referral initiatives.
• Oversee marketing operations budget, promotional materials, website and digital ad collateral.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and hand‑offs with on‑site commercial and clinical trial teams to ensure a world‑class participant experience.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s in Biology, Chemistry, Medical or Life Sciences preferred.
• 3+ years experience in clinical recruiting or sales, preferably in plasma or blood donation centers.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Experience engaging local communities and developing referral programs is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
