About the role

Choice One Engineering is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead transportation design projects for local municipalities and ODOT. You will work on plan production, budgeting, and client interaction while delivering high‑quality engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

Lead plan production for transportation projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Interact with clients, contractors, and consulting firms.
Develop project budgets, schedules, and technical proposals.
Prepare quantity take‑offs and construction cost estimates for bidding.
Collaborate with internal technical staff and industry peers.

Required profile

B.S. in Civil Engineering.
P.E. license or in the process of obtaining one.
5‑15 years of transportation design experience.
Strong sense of urgency, self‑initiative, and continuous learning mindset.

Required skills

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
