Civil Engineer – Site Design

About the role

Choice One Engineering is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead site design projects, delivering layout, grading, storm‑water and utility solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and design site development projects, including layout, grading, storm‑water management, and utilities.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP, and structural engineers on higher‑education, retail, commercial, industrial, and other projects.
• Provide consulting engineering services to architects, national retailers, municipalities, universities, and local developers.
• Interact daily with multidisciplinary project teams across multiple offices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• EIT certification.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or in process of obtaining.
• 2+ years of experience in site design.
• Highly responsive, self‑initiated, and able to meet deadlines.
• Continuous learning mindset.
• Ability to work onsite at the Loveland/Cincinnati office.

Required skills

• Working proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
