About the role

Join Choice One Engineering as a Civil Engineer focused on land development. You will design residential, commercial and industrial projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices.

Key responsibilities

Plan and design lot layouts, grading, stormwater management and utility systems for national and local developers.
Work closely with technical staff to deliver consulting engineering services.
Interact daily with project teams in a multi‑disciplinary, multi‑office environment.

Required profile

B.S. in Civil Engineering.
EIT certification.
PE license or in process of obtaining it.
5‑15 years of land‑development experience.
Strong sense of urgency, self‑initiative and continuous‑learning mindset.

Required skills

Working proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
