About the role

Join Choice One Engineering as an entry‑level Civil Engineer, working on land development, site and transportation projects alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

Plan and design land development, site design, and transportation projects.
Collaborate with architects, MEP, and structural engineers on diverse projects.
Provide consulting engineering services to architects, retailers, municipalities, universities and local developers.
Interact daily with project teams across multiple offices.

Required profile

B.S. in Civil Engineering.
EIT certification.
PE license or in process of obtaining it.
1‑4 years of experience in land development, transportation design, or site design.
Strong sense of urgency, self‑initiative and continuous learning mindset.

Required skills

Working proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred).
