Catering Services Worker – Event Support

About the role

The Catering Services Worker supports Aramark’s event operations team at Tyler Junior College, ensuring catering orders and events run smoothly. You will set up venues, transport food and supplies, serve guests, and handle clean‑up after each event.

Key responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event orders.
• Transport and deliver food, beverages, and equipment to event locations.
• Arrange chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment.
• Replenish food and beverage items during events.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of service areas.
• Collect and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service.
• Break down and clean the area after events and return equipment to storage.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and follow safety policies.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Willingness to follow the assigned dress code and wear required PPE.
• Availability for event‑based hours.
• Completion of Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
