Spa Receptionist – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago spa, delivering a warm and professional experience from booking through checkout. This role combines guest service, administrative coordination, and retail support within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide information on spa services, amenities, and facilities.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with guest preferences.
• Assist guests with retail product recommendations and sales.
• Handle telephone and email inquiries following Four Seasons service standards.
• Manage the spa booking system, maintain reservation logs, and communicate changes to staff.
• Support therapists and attendants with operational needs and ensure reception areas are tidy.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively with spa therapists, attendants, and other hotel departments.
