About the role

The Inventory and Packaging Technician is responsible for accurate weighing, packaging, and labeling of cannabis products at C3 Industries' St. Louis facility. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑4:30 pm CST.

Key responsibilities

• Pull tested inventory based on sales orders and accurately weigh and package product using various materials.
• Maintain up‑to‑date METRC data, manage daily inventory logs, and keep the vault organized for optimal efficiency.
• Prepare packaging materials, label packages correctly, and participate in internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and SOPs while meeting production metrics.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; 1+ year experience in packaging or inventory‑related role preferred.
• High attention to detail, strong record‑keeping abilities, and ability to work independently.
• Must be at least 21 years old, pass a background check, and obtain required state licenses.
