Senior Project Engineering Manager – End-to-End Projects

About the role

As a Senior Engineering Project Manager (End‑to‑End Project Manager), you will own complex capital projects that power our factories. You will manage scope, cost, resources, and change orders while ensuring designs meet standards and timelines, working closely with factory leadership and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of pre‑project approval documents, including charter, management plan, estimate and milestone schedule.
• Coordinate bid package development, evaluate and select construction firms, and release packages for field execution.
• Direct and execute installation, construction and commissioning of assigned projects.
• Monitor work output of project engineers and facilitate communication across engineering, operations, safety and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure design progress and deliverables align with project specifications and requirements.
• Manage project milestones, scope changes and approvals using engineering methodologies and risk mitigation.
• Control project budget, including cost forecasts, cash‑flow projections, resource allocation and regular reporting.
• Provide construction management and plant startup assistance to ensure successful execution and hand‑off.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) with 10+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment, OR an Associate’s degree with 12+ years of experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25‑75% depending on project schedules and milestones.
