About the role

Range is building an AI‑powered wealth‑management platform and needs a Business Recruiter to own and drive hiring across go‑to‑market, operations, finance, and corporate teams. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, craft recruiting strategies, and attract world‑class talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for business roles—from sourcing through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design interview processes, and meet hiring goals.
• Source and engage top talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and creative strategies.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience with clear communication at every stage.
• Maintain and share recruiting metrics to track progress and identify improvement areas.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and leadership as a consultative partner on talent trends.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruiting experience focused on business roles such as go‑to‑market, operations, finance, or corporate functions.
• Proven ability to hire top talent in competitive markets.
• Advanced sourcing skills and experience building pipelines of passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting in a high‑growth, venture‑backed startup environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with technical recruiting tools and platforms.
