Brand Ambassador – Special Events

About the role
MKTG is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassador Educators to represent Diageo brands at special events. You will engage consumers, provide product education, and create memorable sampling experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Actively engage and educate consumers at points of purchase, experience and consumption.
- Lead consumers through a sampling journey, distribute premiums and follow responsible service guidelines.
- Complete digital training, post‑event recaps and contribute photos for social media.
- Handle promotional materials, POS merchandising and company‑issued debit card transactions.
Required profile
- Outgoing, personable and courteous with strong consumer‑facing skills.
- Reliable – punctual, able to work until event end and maintain a professional appearance.
- Physically able to stand, walk for long periods and carry heavy trays or boxes.
Required skills
- Ability to absorb extensive brand, product and category knowledge and pass related exams.
- Proficiency with digital platforms for training, reporting and event documentation.
