Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Rep – Automotive (Remote)

About the role

Join a remote contact center supporting automotive customers and dealerships. You will handle inquiries, complaints, and support requests in both English and Spanish, helping owners enjoy a positive vehicle ownership experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, listen to customer concerns, and provide empathetic, timely assistance.
• Research issues, determine solutions, and follow through to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with dealership staff when additional support or coordination is required.
• Assist customers with recalls, warranty questions, connected‑service enrollment, and in‑vehicle technology troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment while meeting attendance and performance standards.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple software applications simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency using internal CRM and research tools to investigate customer issues.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle connected services, warranty processes, and dealership coordination.
