Remote Customer Support Representative

About the role

OranjeBor Energie BV is seeking a motivated Remote Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional client support, manage collections, and act as an Escrow Representative for regional partners. This fully remote, part‑time position requires strong communication, analytical, and financial documentation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage collections and overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, and meet monthly collection targets.
• Review account receivable reports, identify trends and risks, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Accounting teams to resolve client issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records, payment logs, and communication histories.
• Serve as Escrow Representative, processing and verifying payment instructions and ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service, Collections, Account Receivables, or Escrow Operations.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
