About the role

Join TTEC as a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent working remotely from the United States. You will help customers resolve complex issues, provide product guidance, and deliver an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

Answer incoming customer communications and resolve escalated or complex calls.
Conduct research to provide accurate answers and solutions.
Upsell relevant insurance products and services when appropriate.

Required profile

Active Property and Casualty insurance license.
At least 6 months of customer service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable high‑speed internet (≥25 Mbps) and a suitable headset.

Required skills

Computer proficiency.
Ability to maintain customer privacy and follow guidelines.
