Behavior Technician – Autism Preschool

About the role

Bounce Therapy is looking for compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to preschool‑aged children on the autism spectrum. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a collaborative, center‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to preschool children.
• Accurately collect and record client data during each session.
• Implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff.
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability daily.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• RBT certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities, is preferred.
