Auto Litigation Claims Specialist

About the role

Zurich North America is seeking an Auto Litigation Claims Specialist to join its Claims team. The role operates under a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility to work from any U.S. office while supporting in‑person collaboration when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external attorneys on complex auto litigated claims.
• Manage claims process, including liability assessment, coverage verification, reserve setting, and settlement negotiation.
• Document claim files accurately and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Identify potential subrogation and fraud, referring cases to appropriate teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of claims or insurance experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s).
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets and products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
