Associate GTM Recruiter

About the role

Ramp is scaling its Sales Development organization and needs an Associate GTM Recruiter to own the full‑cycle hiring of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will work closely with the Sales Development recruiter, manage candidate pipelines, and help build the hiring playbook for a fast‑moving team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain pipeline hygiene in Ashby, moving candidates through stages and flagging bottlenecks.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, panelists, and candidates.
• Provide clear, timely communication to candidates and ensure a consistent experience at high volume.
• Update scorecards and business case materials so hiring managers evaluate consistently.
• Identify and surface process friction early, using AI tools for outreach, note summarization, and research.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a client‑facing role; SDR/BDR experience is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to over‑achieve against goals or quotas.
• Excellent multitasking skills with high emotional intelligence and strong written communication.
• Trustworthy with sensitive compensation and candidate data.
