Associate General Dentist

About the role

Active Dental is expanding its clinical teams in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area and seeks an ethical, skilled General Dentist. The position offers clinical autonomy within a supportive, technology‑driven private group.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and high‑quality treatment plans across general, restorative, and surgical dentistry.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to chairside assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff while maintaining rigorous safety and excellence standards.
• Champion preventative oral healthcare and build lasting, trust‑based relationships with patients.

Required profile

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental university.
• Active Texas dental license (or in final stages of application).
• Valid DEA registration and Nitrous Oxide certification at start date.
• Open to experienced dentists and highly motivated new graduates with an ethical, detail‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with iTero digital scanners.
• Experience using Isolite systems.
