Associate Director Regional Market Access

About the role

The Oncology Organized Customer Access and Reimbursement (OCAR) team is seeking an Associate Director to develop and execute market access strategies for an in‑line PD‑1 oncology asset. This senior role will shape payer and access strategies, contribute to pricing and lifecycle management, and work cross‑functionally across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support lifecycle management (LCM) strategy for the PD‑1 asset.
• Develop and execute comprehensive payer and market access strategies, including value propositions, pricing, channel‑specific approaches, and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with Organized Customer Access, Market Research, policy, Global Market Access, HEOR, compliance, legal, pricing and other functions to create customer‑specific strategies aligned with regulatory and policy milestones.
• Contribute to projects on pricing, gross‑to‑net, discount and contracting assumptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, managed care, or sales.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
• Understanding of healthcare trends, policy issues and their impact on business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

• Salary range $142,400 – $224,100 per year.
